Union security officers in Philadelphia ratified a new contract Monday, guaranteeing higher pay, more time off and health insurance premiums paid by their employers. A spokesperson for the union 32BJ SEIU said the contract covers around 3,000 workers. Officials are warning of a potential measles exposure at Philadelphia International Airport over the weekend, but don’t believe there’s a threat to the general public, the city’s health commissioner announced Tuesday. The possible measles exposure happened between 8:50 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 9, at PHL in the airport’s A and B terminals. Erica Liermann joined the Army after 9/11 and eventually came home with post-traumatic stress disorder, which she now manages with working out and empowering others. A man’s body was found along the Schuylkill River Trail in Norristown, Pennsylvania, Monday night, Montgomery County officials said.
