ADDISON, Ill. – A Chicago man has been charged with secretly videotaping another person in a church bathroom in Addison, according to officials. What we know: Steven Segura, 28, of Chicago, has been charged with one felony count of unauthorized video recording. On Aug. 30, Segura allegedly placed a recording device in a public bathroom at the Church of God, located at 1125 W. What we know: The Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office announced Friday that autopsy results for Jorge Valerio Martinez showed he died of natural causes, though alcohol and other substances were also found in his system at the time of his death. What we know: Luis Chavez, 34, was deported to Mexico in 2015 after being convicted in Kankakee County of firearm and attempted burglary offenses.
