A Colorado woman was found dead inside a home in Lone Tree and now police are asking for help solving the homicide case. Police officers were called to a welfare check at 10400 Park Meadows Drive in Lone Tree just before noon on Sept. 4. When officers arrived, they found Kathleen Mayo, 57, deceased inside the home. Investigators said Mayo drove for Uber/Lyft part-time. They are investigating this case as a homicide. Colorado’s highest court on Monday upheld a disciplinary board’s decision to disbar Linda Stanley, the former 11th Judicial District Attorney and lead prosecutor in the high-profile murder case of Barry Morphew, who’s accused of killing his wife, Suzanne Morphew. Denver Mayor Mike Johnston has announced that the historic Burnham Yard railyard could become the future site of a new stadium for the Denver Broncos. The proposed development marks a significant shift for the team, which currently plays at Empower Field at Mile High, located less than two miles away.
