Elon Musk on Monday targeted Apple and OpenAI in an antitrust lawsuit alleging that the iPhone maker and the ChatGPT maker are teaming up to thwart competition in artificial intelligence. The Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History in Philadelphia was vandalized for the second time within a week on Monday morning. Police said officers responded to the museum on the 100 block of South Independence Mall East at around 4:45 a.m. for the report of vandalism at the museum. Officers arrived at the scene and found red spray-painted graffiti on the exterior of the Museum of American Jewish History. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is looking into reports of engine failure involving more than 1.4 million Honda and Acura vehicles, according to documents recently posted on the regulator’s website. The engine failures were initially investigated under a previous NHTSA recall in November 2023, after the Office of Defects Investigation received 414 reports of connecting rod bearing problems that were suspected to be the result of a crankshaft manufacturing defect. Jim Murray, a West Philadelphia native who went from Eagles public relations staffer to building the franchise’s first Super Bowl team as general manager and co-founder of the Ronald McDonald House Charities, has died. Blue Bell ice cream, sold at Walmart, Kroger and other retailers, is voluntarily recalling some of its products because it was mislabeled, posing an allergy risk to consumers. The company is recalling half-gallon cartons of its Moo-llennium Crunch ice cream, which was packaged in cartons misidentifying the flavor as Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Moo-llennium contains almonds, walnuts and pecans, which are undeclared on the label because of the packaging error.
