    OKEECHOBEE, FL — The community of Okeechobee and surrounding areas is coming together this Wednesday, November 26, 2025, to pay tribute to Deputy Terri Sweeting-Mashkow, a dedicated law enforcement officer from the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office (IRCSO) who tragically passed away. A heartfelt prayer meeting will be held at 8:00 AM on the front steps of the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) to honor her memory and celebrate her 25 years of selfless service to the community.
