    Dr. Kaakaji was recognized for his exceptional work with the Community Spine and Neurosurgery Institute and his contributions to the Community Healthcare System.     To honor his memory, an Azaa’ Gathering (condolence gathering) has been scheduled for Sunday, December 7, 2025, at the Avalon Manor Banquet Center in Merrillville, Indiana.
