Police responded around 4:30 p.m. after multiple reports of gunfire, finding Jackson suffering from several gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses described three males fleeing on foot immediately after the shots rang out — two of them reportedly wearing masks that partially covered their faces.
