The Oasis Live ’25 tour landed in the New York City area for two concerts this Labor Day weekend at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

The first show, with brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher, was held on Sunday, featuring special guests Cage The Elephant and Cast. The second is scheduled for Monday night.

Sunday’s performance included the hits “Wonderwall,” “Champagne Supernova,” “Live Forever” and “Don’t Look Back in Anger.”

The English rock band last went on tour nearly 20 years ago, before the brothers infamously took their sibling rivalry public and caused the band to split in 2009.

MetLife Stadium is the second stop on their trip to the United States, which started Thursday night in Chicago and ends Sept. 7 in Pasadena, California. Oasis performed in Toronto last week and has shows planned in Mexico City on Sept. 12 and 13 to end their run in North America.

Here’s what to know if you’re heading to one of the New Jersey concerts.

Tickets for Oasis at MetLife Stadium

A few hundred tickets to see Oasis at MetLife Stadium were still available less than a week before the concerts, but they were selling fast, according to the Ticketmaster and StubHub websites.

On Thursday, StubHub estimated Sunday night’s show was 97% sold out and said just 5% of tickets were still on the market for Monday. Prices were ranging from around $250 to sit in the upper deck to over $2,700 for seats on the field level.

According to MetLife Stadium, anyone over 34 inches tall must have their own ticket.

Getting to MetLife Stadium for Oasis

Oasis concertgoers have a few options for getting to MetLife for this weekend’s performances. The stadium gates open at 5:30 p.m. and close on both days when the main act takes the stage.

Parking lots open at 2:30 p.m. for those who plan to drive. It costs $40 per car and $160 for oversized vehicles, like RVs and buses. Tailgating is allowed.

NJ Transit is offering special service between Secaucus Junction and Meadowlands Station before and after each concert. The last train from the stadium will not depart earlier than 1 a.m., according to NJ Transit.

Coach USA bus service is available from the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan to the stadium and back via the 351 Meadowlands Express. Buses to the concert run from 4:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. The last bus departs Lot K one hour after the concert ends.

Rideshare drop-off is located between Lots D and E. Pick-up is in Lot E.

    Oasis fan store in SoHo

Oasis fans are marking the historic shows at MetLife Stadium by lining up to buy limited-edition merchandise at the official pop-up fan store in New York City.

The store, at 107 Grand St. in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood, is stocked with t-shirts, “Live ’25” bucket hats, vinyl albums, and more.

“The last time I saw Oasis was ’96,” said Kyle Winnegar, of Orlando.

“I’m very, very excited that they came back,” said Rosaria Romano, of Whitestone, Queens.

Dan Sherburn and Ben Brazier came for the concert from Northern England, where the band formed in the early 1990s.

“Oasis came and made it really aspirational to be working class and from the north, and then kind of gave us an identity,” Brazier said.

“I went to their first ever gig when I was 13, 14, and I’m now 43. So it’s been a long journey,” Sherburn said.

They went to a show in Manchester and are excited to be with the band’s American fans on Labor Day.

Meanwhile, shoppers recommend signing up for a timeslot online before coming into the pop-up store, which is filling up fast. It closes on Sept. 2.
