An Ohio tragedy unfolded when a man shot and killed two children and another man before taking his own life.

Police in Tiffin, Ohio, responded to a call about shots fired on Huss Street around 6:30 p.m. on November 19th. When they arrived, they found four people had been shot. A woman at the scene was unharmed but deeply shaken.

Investigators learned the shooting happened while the woman was moving her things out of the house she shared with her husband, due to ongoing problems at home.

Dustin Willey, the father of the woman’s 7-year-old son, was there to help her move. Her husband, 42-year-old Ryan Eagon, was believed to be out of town for work at the time.

The woman and Willey were inside the house when her oldest son cried out. They went outside to find Eagon in the driveway.

Police say Eagon chased Willey and shot at him. He then shot both children before shooting Willey again. Eagon then shot and killed himself.

The mother brought her injured children inside the house before the police arrived.

Willey and the 7-year-old boy died at the hospital. Eagon and the 7-month-old baby were found dead at the scene.

Police have identified Eagon as the father of the 7-month-old baby. The case is still being investigated by local police and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Autopsies are being performed.

Willey’s former boss described him as a loving and devoted father who did everything for his son.
