The crash, which occurred around 11:30 a.m., claimed the lives of 68-year-old Dale E. Wert from Goshen and 19-year-old Sarah Mischke from Milford.

    At approximately 11:31 a.m. on Thursday, emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of a severe crash on State Road 15, about a quarter mile north of Waubee Road. Upon arrival, law enforcement and first responders found a catastrophic head-on collision between two vehicles: a Chevy Silverado, driven by 68-year-old Dale Wert, and a Hyundai Accent, driven by 19-year-old Sarah Mischke.
