Virginia Evelyn Wallace-Cooper, a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on September 8, 2025, in St. Petersburg, Florida, at the age of 31. Her legacy of love, faith, and service to others will forever be remembered by all who knew her.

    What Happened

Virginia, born on November 6, 1993, in South Haven, Michigan, to Cheri (Wheetley) Wallace and Mark Wallace Sr., was called to join Jesus, her brother, and sister in heaven on September 8, 2025. Virginia’s life was marked by her deep Christian faith, her devotion to her family, and her commitment to helping those less fortunate.

She was a student at St. Petersburg College (SPC), pursuing a degree in Paralegal studies, with plans to attend law school. Her aspirations also included starting a mission for those in need, something she had long dreamed of.

    Virginia’s Faith and Service

A committed Christian, Virginia recently surrendered her life to Christ and was baptized. She ministered to loved ones and strangers alike, never missing an opportunity to spread the word of God. In her free time, she devoted herself to feeding and clothing the less fortunate, living out her faith through service to others.

Her love for her children, Kingston, Legend, and Solara, was her greatest joy. Virginia was a devoted mother, always putting her children first and ensuring they had everything they needed. She found her brightest moments surrounded by her children and was a source of warmth, love, and laughter in their lives.

    Virginia’s Legacy

Virginia’s radiant beauty and larger-than-life personality were felt by all who knew her. She loved making lasting memories with family and friends, always lighting up any room she entered. Her caring and giving nature will be missed by those lucky enough to have met her.

    Family and Survivors

Virginia is survived by her three beautiful children, Kingston, Legend, and Solara; her parents, Cheri Wallace and Mark Wallace Sr.; her siblings, Stephanie Wheetley, Cassandra Nelson, TJ Bruens (Brandi), Mark Wallace (Morgan), Clark Wallace, and Trista Kelly (Chris); her grandmothers, Lori Wheetley and Clara Wallace; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Bruens, and her sister, Jessica Wallace, as well as her grandfathers, Fred Wheetley and Robert Wallace.

    Memorial and Donations

Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of Virginia’s life will be held in the near future. Those wishing to make a donation in her honor can do so directly to her family to help fund her mission, or to Pinellas Hope or Kimberly House, organizations that support the homeless.

The family invites those wishing to honor Virginia to join them on Saturday, September 13, 2025. Please contact the family for further details.
