You will be deeply missed. Rest in Peace.’ Mark was dearly loved by his family and friends, and his unexpected passing has left many heartbroken.
According to York Regional Police, two individuals lost their lives following an early-morning shooting in a quiet Keswick neighborhood. The police reported just before 11 a.m. that they were investigating two homicides at Bayview Park.
Authorities were called to the park around 7:30 a.m. after gunfire was reported. Upon arrival, officers discovered two adults suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victims were pronounced dead at the scene, as confirmed by a police statement. Photos taken on Wednesday morning showed police vehicles and officers stationed at the park’s entrance.
A perimeter was established, spanning from Doverdale Drive to Bayview Avenue, The Queensway, and Fairwood Drive. The Homicide Unit is leading the investigation, which police describe as an isolated incident.
