Emma Perkins of Portland, Oregon, has been reported missing. The 17-year-old girl has been missing since September 27. Her disappearance has caused so much unrest in the hearts her parents. Emma Perkins, 17, disappeared early in the evening of September 27, from her grandmother’s Pleasant Hill home while wearing shorts, no shoes, and maybe a hoodie. She did not have her phone with her.
