    Salem, OR – November 15, 2025 – A tragic accident on Hazelgreen Road NE in Salem resulted in the death of 56-year-old Quinn Webb, who collided with construction equipment while operating his three-wheeled motorcycle. The incident occurred on November 15, 2025, and has raised concerns about road safety, particularly near construction zones.

    The accident took place at approximately 8:38 p.m. near 49th Avenue NE, when Quinn Webb was seen heading towards an active construction area that had been closed off to vehicles.
