Luis Tiant Kerby Obituary, Death; – Lewisville Police are conducting an investigation into a shooting incident that resulted in the death of a 21-year-old man on Saturday evening. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner has confirmed the identity of the victim as Luis Tiant Kerby, aged 21.
According to police reports, officers were alerted to gunfire shortly before 8:30 p.m. on February 15, in the 1600 block of South State Highway 121 Business.
Upon their arrival, officers discovered the young man in the driver’s seat of his vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite attempts to administer life-saving measures, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives from the Lewisville Police Department assumed control of the investigation late Saturday night and continued their efforts throughout the weekend, meticulously processing the crime scene, canvassing the surrounding area, and interviewing potential witnesses.
Currently, the investigation is ongoing, with detectives striving to ascertain a motive and identify any possible suspects.
