Julian Comeaux Obituary, Death; – A man from Texas has lost his life, and another individual has been hospitalized following their attempt to prevent a suspect from unlawfully entering vehicles. Family members have identified the deceased as 21-year-old Julian Comeaux, as reported by KTRK-TV and KPRC-TV.
According to a news release from the Houston Police Department, Comeaux and his companions were in midtown Houston around 1 a.m. on Sunday when they discovered a suspect attempting to break into one of their cars. This led to a confrontation, during which Comeaux was shot twice and succumbed to his injuries beside the vehicle, as stated by his cousin, Kevin Parish, to KTRK.
Comeaux was declared dead at the scene, while a 24-year-old man was transported to a hospital, where he is reported to be in stable condition. Authorities have indicated that the shooter fled the scene and had not been apprehended as of Tuesday.
