Family and friends are grieved by the loss of Andrew De Juana, a senior membership advisor at Equinox who lived in Brooklyn, New York. A social media post announcing his death said, “Andrew De Juana In my life, I have lost many people, but none have been as devastating as losing you. Bonnie says, “I love you, Clyde.”
Andrew De Juana was a seasoned salesman and customer service expert with experience in the fitness and entertainment industries. In his current role as Sales Manager at Equinox in the Greater New York City Area, Andrew has played a significant role in boosting sales and enhancing member experiences at one of the most well-known fitness clubs in the world.
In May 2013, Andrew began working at Equinox over a decade ago as a Senior Membership Advisor, quickly establishing himself as a high achiever. His goal-oriented approach and unrelenting commitment to delivering exceptional customer service ultimately led to his being promoted to Sales Manager.
From May 2013 to April 2014, Andrew worked as a Booking Agent at Webster Hall, where he honed his event planning and customer service skills before joining Equinox. In this role, he developed his sales and client-management abilities by managing bookings and client interactions for one of the most well-known music venues in New York.
Andrew was an active member of the prestigious honor society Phi Theta Kappa while he was attending LaGuardia Community College, where he graduated with an Associate’s degree in Journalism. He employs a unique blend of leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills from his schooling and professional experience in all aspects of his job.
