Ben Berendsen WI Death – Benjamin J. “Ben” Berendsen, a cherished member of the Howard community, passed away on December 4, 2024, at the age of 37.
Born on August 22, 1987, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Ben was the beloved son of John and Lori (Buettner) Berendsen.
He was a 2005 graduate of Bay Port High School and spent his formative years in Howard, building connections and making lasting memories.
From a young age, Ben showcased his creativity and industrious spirit, painting alongside his father and younger brother. His passion for craftsmanship led him to establish Color Me Up LLC, his own residential and commercial painting business, in 2021.
Through this venture, he not only transformed spaces but also brought color and life to those around him. Known for his quick wit and warm sense of humor, Ben’s creativity extended beyond his professional life.
He was a self-taught guitarist, crafting his own music, and a culinary enthusiast affectionately referred to as “Benny Crocker.” Whether smoking meats or baking treats, Ben had a gift for making every gathering feel special with his homemade creations.
