Hollywood Veteran Sarah Paulson Shares Wisdom with Emmy Newcomer

Actress Katherine LaNasa recently experienced the whirlwind of her first Emmy Awards, and she had a little help from her friend, Sarah Paulson. Paulson, a seasoned actress with several Emmy appearances under her belt, offered LaNasa advice and support before the big night.

Paulson, known for her roles in “American Horror Story,” told reporters that LaNasa jokingly calls her her “Emmys coach.” Having experienced both wins and losses at the awards, Paulson shared valuable insights with LaNasa, encouraging her to stay present, breathe, and enjoy the moment.

Paulson recalled advice she once received from Jamie Lee Curtis, who told her to “be where your feet are.” She passed this wisdom on to LaNasa, emphasizing the importance of staying grounded amidst the excitement and pressure of the event.

LaNasa’s hard work and dedication paid off. She won the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series award for her role as a no-nonsense nurse in “The Pitt.” In her acceptance speech, LaNasa expressed gratitude to her colleagues and family.
