Police say an Appleton man is dead following a weekend weapons disturbance. The victim has been identified as 74-year old Daniel Juedes Sr. Police were called to the 1800 block of S. Sanders Street around 7:30 a.m. Sunday morning. Neighbors reported hearing gunshots. When officers arrived, they found Juedes Sr. with gunshot wounds.
