Fatal Grangeville car crash death of Justin Reel – Obituary
A tragic accident early Sunday morning claimed the life of Justin Reel, a 30-year-old man from Lewiston. The crash took place around 5 a.m. on U.S. Highway 95, just south of Grangeville.
According to Idaho County Coroner Cody Funke, Reel was pronounced dead at the scene. The Idaho State Police reported that Reel was driving a 2003 Ford F350 pickup truck when he veered off the right shoulder of the highway. The vehicle overturned several times, and Reel, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected.
Authorities confirmed that the highway remained open during the investigation. The Idaho County Sheriff’s Office and the Idaho Department of Transportation provided assistance at the scene.
