    It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ryan Weed of Killingworth, Connecticut, who left us far too soon Ryan was a beloved son, brother, and friend, known for his caring nature, infectious smile, and unwavering loyalty. His sudden departure leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the love and kindness he shared with those around him.

    Born and raised in Killingworth, Ryan was a cherished member of his community. He had a warm and engaging personality, and it didn’t take long for anyone who met him to feel at ease in his presence. Ryan’s generosity of spirit and genuine interest in others made him a constant source of support and comfort for his family and friends. Whether you were a lifelong friend or someone he had just met, Ryan made you feel seen, valued, and appreciated. His kindness knew no bounds, and he was always there for those in need, offering a listening ear, a helping hand, or simply a comforting word.

    Ryan had a passion for life and a love of adventure. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, whether it was hiking through the woods, exploring new places, or simply relaxing with friends and family. He had a special connection with nature, finding peace and joy in the world around him. His love for the outdoors was matched only by his deep connection to his family and friends. Ryan’s family was his heart, and he took great pride in the bond he shared with them. He was a devoted son and brother, always there for his loved ones and willing to lend a hand whenever needed.

    Beyond his love for nature and family, Ryan was known for his sense of humor and ability to bring joy to any situation. He had a natural ability to make others laugh, lifting spirits with his jokes and lighthearted attitude. His infectious laughter and playful spirit brightened even the darkest days, and his positive energy was contagious to all those around him. Ryan’s love of life and his ability to find joy in the little things were qualities that made him truly special.

    Ryan is survived by his parents, his siblings, and many extended family members and friends who loved him dearly.

    A celebration of Ryan’s life will be held. The family invites all who knew him to join them in honoring his memory and sharing stories of the incredible person he was. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ryan’s honor.

    While Ryan may no longer be with us, his spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His kindness, laughter, and the love he shared with those around him will never be forgotten. Ryan Weed’s memory will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing him to live life with the same joy, generosity, and warmth he so effortlessly exuded.

    Rest in peace, Ryan. You will be missed more than words can express, but your love and kindness will remain in our hearts always.
