Sara Caiazza Obituary, Cause of Death- It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sara Caiazza, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, who passed away on November 5, 2024, at the age of 35. Sara was a longtime resident of Glendora, California, where she was known for her vibrant personality, her compassion, and her dedication to the community. Her unexpected passing has left a deep void in the hearts of those who loved her.
Born on January 22, 1989, in Glendora, Sara was the youngest child of Giovanni and Rosa Caiazza. She grew up in Glendora, where she developed a love for the outdoors, music, and spending time with friends and family. A graduate of Glendora High School, Sara was involved in various school activities, including the choir, dance, and volunteering. Her passion for community service continued throughout her life, and she was a regular volunteer at local organizations.
Sara went on to attend, where she earned a degree. After completing her studies, she worked, where her colleagues remember her for her warmth, professionalism, and strong work ethic. Sara’s determination, paired with her cheerful and encouraging spirit, made her a respected and valued member of her team.
Outside of work, Sara was known for her love of animals, particularly her two dogs, Max and Bella, who brought her immense joy. She also had a creative side, often expressing herself through painting, writing, or other hobbies. Sara was an avid traveler and loved to explore new places. She had a special affinity for the coastlines of California, frequently visiting Santa Monica, Laguna Beach, and other spots she cherished.
More than anything, Sara was devoted to her family and friends. She had a kind heart and was always the first to offer help, advice, or a listening ear. Her friends and family recall her infectious laugh, her love for storytelling, and her ability to bring people together. Sara had a unique gift for making everyone feel welcome and important, and her presence lit up every room she entered.
Sara is survived by her parents, Giovanni and Rosa Caiazza; her brother, Marco Caiazza, and his wife, Alessandra; her niece, Giulia, and nephew, Luca; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved grandparents.
A memorial service to celebrate Sara’s life will be held on November 12, 2024, at St. Christopher’s Catholic Church in Glendora, California, at 10:30 AM. The service will be followed by a reception at the Glendora Community Center. All are welcome to attend and share their memories of Sara.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Sara’s memory to the Glendora Animal Shelter, an organization she supported throughout her life. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all who have expressed their condolences and support during this incredibly difficult time.
Sara’s passing has left an irreplaceable void in the lives of all who knew her. Her infectious laughter, generous spirit, and caring heart will be deeply missed. Although she may no longer be with us, her memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
