Marshall County, MS – A tragic car accident early Wednesday morning claimed the life of Markavian K. Evans, a 22-year-old resident of Brandon, Mississippi.
According to the Mississippi Highway Patrol (MHP), the fatal crash occurred around 6 a.m. along Highway 311. Evans was driving a Buick Regal southbound when his vehicle veered off the road and collided with a tree. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and transported Evans to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Authorities have yet to determine what caused the vehicle to leave the road. The MHP is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
