Duluth, Georgia — On Tuesday, October 14, 21-year-old Dewayne Christon Winters disappeared without a trace. His mother reported him missing after losing all contact, and local law enforcement is now sounding an urgent call for help from anyone who might know where he is.

Dewayne was last seen dressed entirely in black. He carries unmistakable tattoos: a spider inked on the back of his left hand, a full sleeve on his left arm, and a Houston Astros logo etched onto the left side of his chest. These markings may be key to identifying him or confirming sightings.

The missing person report notes his vehicle is also gone: a 2007 blue Honda Accord, bearing Texas license plate PSS6592. Authorities believe the car could hold clues—whether in its condition, location, or recent movements.

Physical descriptions place Dewayne at 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair. These details match the official information circulated by Gwinnett County Police.

Since his disappearance, detectives have combed surveillance tapes, canvassed neighborhoods, and spoken to friends and acquaintances, but so far leads have been scarce. Family and investigators remain deeply worried.

The police are urging anyone who might have seen Dewayne, his car, or anything suspicious since Tuesday evening to come forward. If you know anything—no matter how small or seemingly unrelated—contact Gwinnett County Police detectives at 770-513-5300. Time is precious, and one piece of information could break the case.
