His passion and enthusiasm were immediately apparent, and C’est Bon quickly recognized his potential, hiring him as a kitchen staff member. His interest in cooking was nurtured by Georges, who became a mentor, encouraging Joshua to pursue the culinary arts. This guidance sparked a fire in Joshua, and he went on to graduate from Algonquin College with a culinary management degree.
