A hit-and-run driver damaged several parked cars on a West Philadelphia block early Saturday, according to police. The driver was likely speeding when they flipped their vehicle and struck several cars on the 5900 block of Woodbine Avenue, officials with the Crash Investigation Division at the Philadelphia Police Department say. One person is dead after a fire broke out at a three-story rowhome in Philadelphia’s Strawberry Mansion neighborhood Friday, according to the city’s fire department. The court decided that Truesdell was responsible for three counts of first-degree murder and one count of second-degree murder.
